Cradle To Crayons Childcare Center is licensed by the Kansas State Department of Health and Environment.  The facility is licensed for 60 children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.  An enrollment packet must be received by the center before the first day of class.  The packet includes the following documents: Parent Handbook, Center/Parent agreement forms, Holiday schedule, Student enrollment form (annually updated), Health Assessment Form (annual), Immunization record, Emergency Medical Release, Parent/Center responsibilities, Food Program eligibility form (annual).

There is a yearly $25.00 enrollment fee per child (with a cap of $50.00 per family).  If your family has more than one child attending, the youngest child will be full price and any additional children will be 90% of the regular fee.  Discounts do not apply to the preschool/prek or daily rates.  Fees include all meals and snacks served during the time of attendance.  Fees are subject to change with Board approval.  Cradle To Crayons is able to take the following forms of payment: cash, checks, and SRS.

Top priority is given to Full-time students.
